Traumatic Brain Injury Rehabilitation Jobs

Finding health care jobs is one of the things that students face after graduation, also it is something that those who have worked in one position for many years may have decided they want to move into another area in that specialty.
One such career is one working with patients who have sustained a brain injury.
Searching online at many job boards and employment centers I found some listings.
The first one is at careerbuilder they are the largest online job site with over 1 million job listings.
What you will find is that each post is categorized by job description, title, location, and company name. If you find a job you like you can email it to a friend or save it for later reference.
To narrow your search you can select a category, company name, city or state. What makes it easy to find the occupations you want is to use the search box which allows you to search by keyword, zip code and the posting date.
For the type of job I was looking for I typed in "brain injury" and I got 368 job listings total. You can see more brain injury search results on the careerbuilder website.
Here are some of the first ones listed on 1 of 25 per page:

After looking through some of the companies I could see that some were recruitment agencies for medical centers.
The next online employment search I did lead me to Indeed.com Jobs they had a smaller selection of job openings there results showed 23 listings.
Some of them where for speech therapists, speech pathologist and neuropsychologist, program administrator and intake coordinator.
Employers included Kaiser Permanente, Casa Colina Centers for Rehabilitation, and Soliant Health.
If you are interested in this field you will find that the occupational outlook handbook shows a variety of avenues depending on the amount of schooling and education you want to pursue, you can be a Speech Language Pathologist, Psychologist, Registered Nurse or Medical Doctor.
In either case the facility that provides the rehabilitation and recovery will need specialists trained to assist the patient who have head trauma, brain damage or TBI through the stages of treatment for post traumatic stress disorder.
